Based on the four essential Jewish and human values of truth, kindness, justice, and peace, the Leo Baeck Education Center's Congregation Ohel Avraham is a Reform Jewish community, an anchor of Jewish identity, education, ritual and prayer for its members, guests and the local community.

Housed in the Applebaum Bet T'filla, Congregation Ohel Avraham, committed to practicing the progressive Jewish values of Tikkun Olam, conducts daily prayers, ceremonies and learning experiences, and welcomes all who wish to enter its doors. The Hugo Gryn Outdoor Synagogue & Gardens
One of only two outdoor "green" synagogues in Israel, the Hugo Gryn Outdoor Synagogue & Gardens, an amphitheatre on the lower slopes of Mt. Carmel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, was dedicated in 2005 to perpetuate Holocaust survivor, Rabbi Hugo Gryn's love of Israel and commitment to tolerance, coexistence, Tikkun Olam, and building a more just society.

An integral part Leo Baeck life, the outdoor synagogue is used for Elementary School services, mifgashim with groups from Israel and abroad, Kabbalat Shabbat and Havdallah, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and renewal of marital vows.
