The Leo Baeck Community Center, founded in 1978, serves 35,000 households in Western Haifa through its 11 satellite social outreach branches. In addition to recreational and sports facilities available to the Allan Offman Sports Centre's 3,000 members, a wide range of educational, cultural, and social activities are provided to all sectors of Haifa's diverse population.
